In-Shop Technical Service

Bring or ship eligible equipment to Bravo Technologies for concentrated bench service without the travel costs of an on-site visit. In-shop work is suited to equipment and assemblies that can be transported safely and evaluated with controlled tools, test equipment, power, networking, and documentation close at hand.

Service may include inspection, fault isolation, component testing, cleaning, calibration, alignment, configuration, repair, upgrade work, and post-repair verification. Before work expands beyond the agreed scope, you receive an explanation of the findings and the recommended path forward.

The standard in-shop technical service rate is $125 per hour. Parts, consumables, shipping, specialty equipment, and third-party costs are additional when applicable. In-shop service is available by appointment, and equipment should not be delivered or shipped until intake instructions have been confirmed.
