Ready to provide services? Create or access your account, then compare provider plans. Customers looking for help do not need a provider membership.

Repair Tech Network gives qualified service providers a place to present their expertise, offer defined services, receive customer opportunities, and build a visible service history. Use this guidance to configure your account and work through the platform professionally.

How do I become a provider?

Register or sign in, choose a provider plan, and complete your business profile with accurate contact information, service area, equipment experience, qualifications, insurance or licensing information where applicable, and a clear description of the work you perform.

What belongs on my provider profile?

Your profile should explain who you are, where you work, the equipment and brands you understand, whether you provide remote or on-site service, and any verified skills, approvals, certifications, or OEM relationships. Do not claim credentials you do not hold.

Do I need a separate listing for every capability?

No. Your provider profile presents your overall business. Listings should package services customers can understand and purchase, such as remote diagnosis, scheduled maintenance, installation, training, or a defined on-site service rate.

How should I price services?

State what the displayed price includes and identify hourly minimums, travel, parts, taxes, after-hours work, deposits, and cancellation terms. Confirm changes to scope and cost in writing before performing additional work.

How do bookings, payments, and platform fees work?

Use platform booking and payment tools when they are enabled for your listing. Keep availability current, respond promptly, document completed work, and review the transaction details for applicable commissions, payout timing, refunds, or dispute holds.

What do RTN-approved and certified mean?

RTN approval indicates that specified identity, business, experience, documentation, or performance requirements have been reviewed. Certification indicates completion of a defined training or assessment. Neither status should be represented beyond the exact badge or scope awarded.

How do OEM or RTN-managed assignments differ?

Managed assignments may include private knowledge, required procedures, service-level targets, escalation rules, documentation standards, warranty controls, and customer-communication requirements. Follow the assignment terms and protect confidential OEM and customer information.

What creates a strong provider reputation?

Accurate listings, prompt responses, safe work, clear estimates, good documentation, professional communication, and reliable follow-through create the strongest record. Resolve concerns directly and keep transaction communication on the platform whenever possible.
