Managing Orders, Messages, and Reviews
Your RTN account keeps the service record in one place. Use it to track orders, bookings, messages, requirements, delivery, completion, and reviews.

Find the correct record
Sign in through the Account link. Open the relevant order or booking instead of starting an unrelated conversation. Check the service title, vendor, price, scheduled time, and current status before responding.
Use messages as the service record
Keep scope clarifications, appointment changes, diagnostic findings, approvals, and promised deliverables in the associated RTN conversation whenever possible. If a phone or video conversation changes the work, summarize the agreement in RTN messages afterward.
Send useful information
- Use exact machine and controller names.
- Copy errors exactly instead of paraphrasing.
- Attach focused, well-lit photos or short videos when attachments are available.
- Explain what changed since the original request.
- Remove passwords, payment information, and unrelated confidential data.
Check delivery before completing the order
For documentation, design, configuration, or other file-based services, download and inspect the deliverable promptly. For technical service, confirm the agreed test or outcome was completed and record remaining limitations, parts needed, follow-up work, or warranty instructions.
Leave a useful review
Review the service you actually received. Describe communication, punctuality, clarity, professionalism, and whether the agreed scope was completed. Avoid publishing private information, unsupported accusations, or details unrelated to the transaction.
If something is wrong: Contact the vendor through the order first and clearly state the problem and requested resolution. Preserve messages, photos, deliverables, and receipts.
