Building a Credible Vendor Profile
Your vendor profile establishes who you are. Your individual service listings explain what customers can hire you to do.
Important: Booking days, hours, time slots, and calendar synchronization are configured on each bookable service listing—not on the vendor profile.
Use a clear identity
Use the business name customers recognize. Add a professional logo or current portrait and a concise description of your technical background, equipment experience, service area, and normal delivery methods.
Document claims accurately
Only claim manufacturer authorization, certification, licensing, insurance, geographic coverage, or years of experience that you can substantiate. RTN verification or certification does not replace any legally required trade license, permit, or insurance.
Describe broad capabilities on the profile
The profile may describe your overall disciplines, supported equipment families, languages, service area, and business policies. Keep specific prices, durations, availability, exclusions, and deliverables inside the applicable service listing.
Create focused service listings
A vendor who supports several equipment types can publish multiple services within the limits of the current membership plan. Assign every service to the most accurate category and complete all relevant service fields.
Keep contact and scheduling current
Maintain an email address you actively monitor. Edit each service whenever its price, scope, booking availability, location, travel policy, or fulfillment process changes.
Review your public profile
Open Vendor Profiles in a signed-out or private window. Confirm that customers can understand what you do, where and how you work, and which service listing they should select.
