Managing Orders, Messages, and Reviews
The order record is the shared source of truth for the customer, vendor, and platform administrator.

Quick note: Keep job details and scope changes inside the platform order.
Keep job communication together
Use order messages in your account for scheduling, preparation, findings, scope changes, files, and completion notes. Avoid placing passwords or sensitive data in messages.
Document the result
Record what was inspected, what work was performed, parts installed, remaining risks, recommended follow-up, and any limits on the result.
Confirm completion accurately
Do not mark work complete until the agreed deliverable has been provided. Report unresolved concerns promptly.
Leave a useful review
Describe communication, professionalism, timeliness, documentation, and whether the agreed scope was delivered. Reviews should be factual and specific.
