Getting Started as an RTN Vendor
RTN gives independent technical-service businesses one place to publish services, receive requests, manage bookings and orders, communicate with customers, collect platform payments, and build a verified reputation.

Terminology: RTN uses vendor consistently for a person or business offering services. A vendor profile represents the business; each listing represents a specific service.
1. Create and confirm your account
Use registration or select List a Service. Enter an email address you actively monitor because account, order, booking, and customer notifications may be sent there. Complete any email confirmation requested by the platform.
2. Choose a vendor membership
Review Vendor Membership Plans. Plans control how many active service listings you may publish and may include additional marketplace features. Customers who only seek help do not need a vendor membership.
3. Complete the vendor profile
Add a clear business name, professional logo or portrait, service area, equipment experience, delivery methods, credentials, policies, and an accurate description. Do not claim manufacturer authorization, certification, licensing, insurance, or geographic coverage that you cannot document.
4. Publish focused service listings
A broad vendor profile can cover many capabilities, but each listing should describe one purchasable or bookable service with a clear scope. State the delivery method, price basis, duration, availability, included work, customer prerequisites, exclusions, warranty, travel policy, parts policy, and cancellation terms.
5. Configure availability and fulfillment
For scheduled services, set realistic booking windows, lead time, duration, time zone, and availability. For remote sessions, tell customers how connection instructions will be delivered. RTN does not require one meeting platform; vendors may use their established calendar, meeting, or remote-support workflow.
6. Test the public experience
Sign out or use a private browser window to view your profile and listings as a customer. Confirm images, categories, location, pricing, booking controls, terms, and links. Send yourself a test inquiry before advertising the service.
7. Operate through the platform
Respond promptly, keep scope changes in RTN messages, protect customer information, document delivery, and request completion only after the agreed work is finished. Review RTN Vendor Standards before accepting work.
