Getting Started as an RTN Vendor

RTN vendors use a public profile and service listings to explain what they do, where they work, and how customers can engage them.

Vendor onboarding
Build the business profile before publishing services.

Quick note: Accurate credentials, coverage, and availability matter more than marketing language.

Quick note: A complete profile comes before promotion. Customers need enough information to decide whether to contact you.

Create the vendor account

Use accurate business and contact information. Keep your login private and maintain an email address you monitor consistently.

Complete the profile

Add a clear name, logo or professional image, service area, equipment experience, qualifications, policies, and a direct description of your capabilities.

Choose a vendor plan

Select the plan that provides the listing capacity and features you need. Customers can search and post requests without purchasing a vendor plan.

Publish focused services

Create service listings for distinct ways customers can hire you, such as remote diagnostics, on-site service, preventive maintenance, installation, training, or design support.
