Start with the equipment and problem

Search service listings for the machine type you own, then narrow the results by the work you need: diagnostics, repair, preventive maintenance, installation, training, design, or another specialty.

Review the complete vendor profile

Use the Vendor directory to check the vendor’s service area, remote or on-site availability, supported equipment, credentials, reviews, policies, and listing details. A badge or certification describes information reviewed or training completed; it is not a guarantee of results.

Share enough information

If no listing fits, post a service request with the manufacturer, model, symptoms, error messages, recent changes, photos, and business impact. Do not bypass safety devices or perform hazardous tests unless a qualified person directs the work.

Confirm scope before paying

Make sure the listing or quote states what is included, the price basis, scheduling expectations, travel or parts charges, and what happens if additional work is required.
