UV Printer Intake and Diagnostic Checklist
UV-printer failures can involve ink delivery, printheads, curing, motion, electronics, software, environment, or media handling.

Quick note: A nozzle check and environmental history are often more useful than repeated cleaning.
Record the printer configuration
Identify the manufacturer, model, head type, ink system, RIP software, firmware, curing system, and installed options.
Describe print quality with evidence
Provide nozzle checks, photos, error codes, affected colors or channels, media type, job settings, and whether the symptom changes after cleaning.
Document the environment
Record temperature, humidity, ink age, recent downtime, maintenance history, and any power, network, or facility changes.
Protect sensitive components
Do not perform aggressive cleanings, force fluid through a printhead, or bypass safety controls without model-specific qualified guidance.
