Accounts, Sign-In, and Notifications
RTN uses one account area for customer activity and vendor activity. The options you see depend on what you have created, purchased, booked, or listed.

Create or sign in to an account
Open Account. Enter the email address associated with RTN and follow the sign-in or registration prompts shown. Use an address you monitor because security, booking, order, and marketplace notifications may be delivered there.
Customer activity
Customers use the account to review requests, responses, orders, bookings, messages, requirements, delivery, and reviews. You do not need a vendor membership to search for help or post a request.
Vendor activity
After becoming a vendor, the account also provides access to the vendor profile, service listings, requests, bookings, orders, membership status, and available payout functions. A vendor membership applies to selling services, not buying them.
Email and notifications
- Check spam or junk folders when a message does not arrive.
- Add the RTN sending address to your contacts or safe-sender list.
- Keep your account email current and private.
- Use the order or booking conversation for important transaction details rather than relying only on email.
Password and access problems
Use the password-reset option on the sign-in screen. Complete the reset in the same browser when possible and request only one reset message at a time. If an old link has expired, request a new one. Never send a password or one-time code to a vendor or another user.
Protect your account
Use a unique password, sign out on shared computers, verify URLs before entering credentials, and report unexpected orders, messages, profile changes, or payment activity promptly. RTN staff and vendors should not ask for your password.
Before contacting support
Record the page URL, time, action attempted, browser or device, exact message shown, and a screenshot that does not expose private data. This information helps distinguish an account problem from a listing, booking, checkout, or vendor issue.
